How do you melt the hearts' of two grown men? ...

You sit an adorable toddler in front of them on the floor. They entertained her for quite awhile or the other way around rather. Aunt BB and Uncle Terry were in town for the Balloon Fiesta and Moms Birthday a few weeks ago and got to soak in some Savvy and family time.
Uncle Terry and Savvy playing.

Papa and his girl, playing.

Playing Peekaboo

After she tuckered the guys out she wanted to slide, The girl loves to slide!

One day we went and strolled around some shops and had lunch - just the girls. It was lovely!

Our little bookworm ...

From the minute she learned the word book she's asked for them morning, noon and night. We read alot in our house. Savannah has discovered a new reading spot. I just got new bins for toys, books and stuffed animals. Well, Savannah decided this morning that she wanted to sit in the book bin and read. That's exactly what she did. Content as could be. So Funny!
Our little bookworm.

Notice all of the books still in the bin surrounding her.

She's too funny!

Some September Pics

Nestle Tour

I'm taking a pic of Nikki taking a pic - What's up with that?
Anyway, Christina and Tina are smiling. Cute!
Me and My Girl

Lunch at CPK after our Nestle Tour. It was such a beautiful day we decided to sit outside - Loved it!

Checking out the fountain after lunch.
These next pics need a little explaining! So, last month for MOMS Night Out we had a Photo Scavenger Hunt. It was a blast!! There are teams and a list of crazy fun things that you have to go find and take your picture with or do and take a picture doing. Mucho Fun!!
Amy from the Sexy Pirates Team
Sooo Funny!! Love the mustache.
And here we are --- Pink Sassafrass ...
We kicked some serious booty (no pirate pun intended. :) )
We ran around Bernalillo in our glittered crowns and hot pink boas, shedding feathers everywhere, asking people for and to do crazy things on our list. We had so much fun and laughed so hard. My team rocked! There are some pics that didn't make the blog, too much incriminating information. We won by the way! Woot Woot.
Cocktail umbrella - even though the bar was closed we were still able to get a cocktail umbrella and had 2 minutes to spare.
The most unusual game of leapfrog. That's Andrea who was 8 months pregnant on top of the fire hydrant, Sara who's also about 8 months pregnant behind her and Angela squatting. So silly!

In the fountain ...

Our friend Carmen just opened her Spa/Salon - Bliss - and Savvy and I went to visit and get a tour. Well, there is this huge fountain that Savannah wanted to jump into and swim in. We spent most of our time next to the fountain while Savannah giggled and splashed. When we left Savannah was soaked from head to toe! She had so much fun.

Silly pics of Savvy hanging out at home. She loves this headband and sometimes puts it around her wrist and carries it around like a purse. Too Cute!

No mommy, I'm not pulling all the toys and books out that you just put away.

Auntie Kiki sent her this onesie she's wearing that says:
I look like my Mommy and eat like my Daddy.
Funny!

Botanic Gardens

We took a trip to the Botanic Gardens today with our MOMS Club. What fun watching the kids discover nature. It was absolutely beautiful. We had lunch in the grass and strolled around the gardens. The Japanese Gardens are beautiful! While we were in the Butterfly Pavilion we saw a butterfly emerging from it's coccoon, before we left it's wings were dry and it was ready to fly. It was a true reflection of what a beautiful world we live in. Amazing!

Christina D. and Oscar observing the butterflies in different stages.

There's a butterfly on my shoe - I guess that's better than a snake in my boot!! Thanks Tina for holding still so I could get this cool shot.
Kids by the fountain.

Beautiful pic of Naomi - I see this in a scrapbook layout in the near future!
More water - Kids love water! Great photo op with the kiddos.

Savvy and The Slide

Oh, our girl LOVES the slide. She has now learned how to climb up the slide by herself. It certainly makes me nervous but, I just have to keep reminding myself that this is part of growing up, she's a toddler now. She's growing out of her babyhood. So, here's our little love on the slide and splashing in the water at the park - 17 months old.

Savvy was eating lunch and I was cleaning up the kitchen. One minute she was talking then, I looked over and she was asleep. So Funny!
